Getting started shouldn’t be so hard….
There are many choices when it comes to methods to get fit, but unfortunately, almost all of them will cost you a fair amount of money. Although I believe that the appropriate footwear and underwear for the ladies are essential items for getting the most enjoyment out of any type of workout, all of the other additional costs like gym fees and memberships shouldn’t prevent you from being active.
That is why I run a free Parkfit session every Saturday morning where I show you how to exercise with nothing but you own bodyweight. I will also teach you how to get the most out of your home workouts using the same techniques and exercises that you will learn at my Bootcamp sessions.
The Free Parkfit sessions are held in the park next to the Elardus Park Tennis Club near the corner of Boston-and Alberton Roads in Elardus Park, Pretoria. Warm-ups start at 7:45am every Saturday morning.
